In April 2023, TC "Gardener" was visited by a delegation of entrepreneurs and officials from Xiangshan County, Ningbo. The Xiangshan County Trade Group met with the administration of the shopping complex, discussed the terms of cooperation and entered into an agreement of intent. 
  Representatives of Chinese enterprises included in the delegation have long been engaged in trade cooperation with tenants of the largest Sadovod complex in Russia. The guests were given a tour of the complex and presented with the Sadovod development plan.
  During the meeting, the parties discussed partnership options in various formats. The Chinese side was especially interested in the unique investment project Technopark. It involves the creation of a modern industrial cluster with new generation production facilities, warehouse complexes, apart-hotels and all the necessary infrastructure to create comfortable and favorable conditions for business and life.
  The delegation is considering the possibility of renting production premises on the territory of the Sadovod Technopark to open branches in order to create products for Russian enterprises as part of the import substitution policy. Cooperation involves increasing supplies and expanding the range of light industry goods from Chinese enterprises represented in the Sadovod shopping center.
  Following the meeting, the Sadovod shopping complex and the Xiangshan District Trade Group signed an agreement of intent for cooperation. The business meeting confirmed the importance of developing productive relations and contacts between representatives of different countries at all levels and created an additional incentive for the development of partnerships and the conclusion of mutually beneficial contracts.
