2003 - the specialized market "Gardener" was immortalized on the flag and coat of arms of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. Three trees at the top of the flag became the symbolic designation of the TC.
2004 - the flag of the Kapotny district (Moscow) was approved. The tree in the drop symbolizes the Sadovod shopping center - one of the largest shopping complexes in the capital, providing many jobs and providing residents of the district, city, regions of Russia and even other countries with everything they need.
2009 - a new retail facility appears - Clothes Rows. The main assortment: women's, men's, children's clothing, shoes, bags, jeans, accessories, furs and leather, jewelry, toys.
2013 - a modern building A is built, specializing in home textiles, bed linen, and curtains.
2015 - the team of TC "Gardener" received gratitude from the mayor S.S. Sobyanin for his contribution to the development of trade and services in the city of Moscow, as well as for the high culture of serving the population.
