January 31 is the birthday of the Sadovod shopping complex. 26 years ago, our history began with open-air shopping arcades where gardening and vegetable products were sold. Today “Sadovod” is a multifunctional complex with a developed infrastructure and a huge assortment of clothes, shoes, and accessories for the whole family. The complex annually hosts master classes for children, exhibitions of photographs and drawings, chess tournaments, and the Gardener League football tournament. The largest international pigeon exhibitions and fairs in Russia are held in the “Pigeon Paradise” pavilion in spring and autumn. Over the past year, TC "Sadovod" managed to participate in the largest Russian and international professional exhibitions: ScrepkaEXPO, "CJF - Children's Fashion", "Soft Gold of Russia", the International professional exhibition of wedding, evening fabrics and accessories MODATEX EXPO and others. Employees and visitors of Sadovod took part in the Fashion Tech Run as part of Moscow Fashion Week. “Sadovod” entered the top ten best shopping centers in the Moscow New Year’s Decoration Competition and took eighth place in the “Best Shopping Center Design” category. Voting took place on the Active Citizen website. 11,346 people cast their votes for us. This was our first experience of participating in such a large-scale and significant competition for the city. We believe that getting into the top ten the first time is already a great achievement. The Sadovod shopping complex regularly provides assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population: children from orphanages, large families, and the elderly. Since 2019, the complex has been participating in the global environmental campaign “We Clean the World.” Transport accessibility of the Sadovod shopping center is improving every year. In December 2022, two new additional bus routes began operating: from 768 to Bataysky Proezd and from 867 to Kashirskoye Shosse (MKAD). Thus, visitors to the Sadovod shopping center will be able to more easily get to the metro and the Maryino and Orekhovo-Borisovo districts. In 2023, as part of the reconstruction of the interchange at the intersection of Verkhniye Polye and the Moscow Ring Road, it is planned to launch traffic along the overpass that leads to the Sadovod shopping center.
