Building A was built in 2012. On three floors of the building there are shops, a Garden Gallery, cafes and restaurants, and warehouses. The main range: children's products, home textiles, clothing and underwear, cosmetics and perfumes. For the convenience of visitors, the center has escalators, travelators, ramps, as well as ATMs and vending machines. Delivery of goods to the warehouses on the third floor is carried out by freight elevators.

In autumn 2018, the Garden Gallery joined Building A. It consists of specialized pavilions located on the side of the P5 parking lot between the 2nd and 6th entrances to the shopping center. Here, all year round, there is a large selection of bulbs and seedlings, trees and shrubs, indoor plants and fresh flowers, seeds and fertilizers, garden tools, decor and forged products.
On the territory of the building there are information points, a studio, and a pharmacy. On the ground floor there is a citizen appeal department (line B, pavilion 97). Every visitor can come there to resolve controversial issues and situations.

On the first and second floors there are cafes and restaurants where you can have a delicious, hearty and inexpensive meal in between shopping.
