“Gardener” has been with you for 27 years. During this time, we have gone from open rows and greenhouses to a modern multifunctional wholesale and retail shopping complex.
So much has been done and so much remains to be done!
So, in the last year alone, many significant events have occurred:

•  — TC "Sadovod" entered the rating of the best shopping centers in Moscow, compiled by Komsomolskaya Pravda in January 2024. Great birthday gift!
•  — Building B entered the TOP of the best shopping centers according to the “Union of Shopping Centers of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan”;
•  — “The Gardener” became the setting for the Russian TV series “Cyber Village” (episode 5 “The Biggest Market in the Galaxy”) and “The Neighbor” (episode 7);
•  - started work 11 new routes urban public transport;
•  - appeared in parking lot 6B the first charging station for electric vehicles in Kapotnya;
•  — together with the charity organization “SOS Children’s Villages” in the spring and autumn we held the “Direct Dialogue” campaign, and in December we organized a holiday for patients of the Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center “Korablik” RDKB (Russian Children’s Clinical Hospital);
•  - held for the second time football tournament "Sadovoda League".

This is only a small part of what happens in the life of the shopping complex. In 2024, we will continue the construction of the Technopark, we will begin the construction of building B, and in March-April we will open an interchange at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and Verkhnie Polya Street.
