On January 31, the shopping center "Sadovod" turns 28 years old. All these years we have been actively developing, creating a new format of trade, trying to make the life of our
visitors brighter and more interesting.

The shopping complex "Sadovod" attracts customers from all over the country with a huge range of goods, affordable prices and a unique atmosphere.

Last year we had many significant events. The 2GIS service recognized our parking lot the largest in the country and added it to his map of Russian records. 

In the summer, as part of traditional school fair, we organized a fashion show with the participation of Russian manufacturers and a tour of the fair's facilities. A total of 125 school uniform manufacturers and 369 specialized
shops with school supplies.

Last year, Sadovod itself took part in professional exhibitions, and we were visited by business delegations from Turkey, China, India, and the UAE.

Together with the charity organization “Children's Villages SOS”, we once again held the “Direct Dialogue” campaign.

Organized and held a football tournament "League "Gardener». 

It has become a tradition filming of TV series on the territory of the complex. We cannot reveal the name yet another project, but we will definitely do it after the premiere.

Since 2001, the Bird Market has hosted international pigeon fairs and exhibitions. The next major exhibition (spring collection) will be held on March 15 and 16.

In addition to business events and improving the transport infrastructure, we continue to decorate and improve the territory of the complex. Thus, we installed flower arches in front of the entrance to ST3. Now they are decorated with garlands and snowflakes, and closer to summer they will again delight visitors with fresh flowers.

You can communicate with us not only on site or during events, but also in social networks. For the New Year, we recorded and published a song created by AI with human assistance.
